Character Concept/History: In another life her name was Charlotte Graves. Her family lived on the fringes of society with the hopes that Charlotte would marry above her station. It was some time before they found a willing older gentleman that would have her.
Shortly after they were wed Charlie met a young handsome man that she fell in love with that unfortunatly was not human. It took a lot of pleading on his part to convince her to run away with him but she did eventually.
John wasted little time in turning her and once the process was complete he took her to his master and well... Life went to hell in a hand basket. His master was a serious nut case, he loved pain. He especially loved causing others pain and he was very good at pushing others beyond their endurance. He allowed other vampires to use Charlie in whatever way they saw fit. The majority used her in unspeakable ways, her life had become the stuff of nightmares. Still she did her best to endure it all in hopes that one day she could escape.
It was several hundred years later before she was finally strong enough and brave enough to get out. On her way out she killed 2 or 3 of her worst tormentors but none of them were ever pinned on her. Charlotte or Lisette as she was now called considered it a miracle that she made it out of that hell hole.
She chose to tour europe at a very sedate pace and eventually made her way across the ocean to america. She spent time in almost every major city before deciding to settle in pheonix, a place so unlike her homeland.
