Belle Morte
Probably the Master of Paris, and at least 2000 years old, Belle is the sourdre de sang of one of the most populous lines in the world. Her vampires are known for their beauty, and she is the mistress of the ardeur. All of the great cats are hers to call. She can project her power. Belle Morte's bloodline is known throughout the world for their beauty and sexual powers.
The ardeur is the strongest incarnation of these powers, and thus the rarest. A double-edged power, it latches upon the deepest desires of wielder and victim, then molds them both to provide the situation. The downside is that the bearer of the ardeur must 'feed' this hunger, or require immediate 'emergency sex'. With practice, the ardeur can be controlled, but it takes effort and concentration. Vampires who possess this ability are generally referred to as Inccubi (male) and/or Succubi (female) - they can inflame lust and feed off of it as if it were blood. Vampires of Belle's line have demonstrated a few other incarnations of lust-related powers.
The vampire Asher, of the St. Louis kiss, can fascinate his victims, and with his bite can roll them so deeply that they orgasm and become addicted. They may even have flashbacks throughout the day. Asher can draw power from them.
The vampire Augustine, former Master of Chicago, wields the power of love. This power, however, can be double-edged if he does not exercise caution.
The vampire London, of St. Louis, can provide especially good sustenance for the ardeur.

Morte D'Amor
Although his name is often translated as "Lover of Death", a more accurate translation would be "Death of Love". He is the sourdre de sang of the rotting/corruption vampire line. Certain members of Morte D'Amor's bloodline can cause their bodies to rot and decay at will, without suffering harm. This renders them nearly impossible to kill without the use of fire and/or sunlight. An even smaller number of Morte D'Amor's line can spread corruption to a victim with their bite, causing them to decay and die.

Moroven, Night hags, or moras
Vampires that can feed off of fear the way Belle's vampires feed off of lust. Like the incubi and succubi of Belle's line, they can generate this 'food' in those around them. There is a lingering aura of fear around them, whether they will it or no. It is believed that , once of Belle's line, is the sourdre de sang from which this talent springs. Only master vampires of her line display this ability.

Marmee Noir
The Mother of All Darkness, Marmee Noir was the head of the Vampire Council. She had been asleep for centuries, but woke up. She and a few of her line are both vampire and lycanthrope - she herself is a were-sabre-toothed-tiger. It has been suggested that she is the first vampire. It has been suggested that she was a unique type of vampire, distinctly different and more powerful, from all later descendents; perhaps not even a vampire, per se, but a unique type of monster with vampiric traits. Her powers include control over several species of vampire/lycanthrope mixes, the ability to project her attention and mental powers, and a deep control over darkness.

Mr. Oliver
A vampire homo erectus, Mr. Oliver was titled The Earthmover, for his ability to generate earthquakes. He could almost completely hide his vampirism, and even remain awake during the day. He called snakes, and included a lamia among his retinue. Mr. Oliver was defeated and slain when he challenged Jean Claude. His seat remains open - Jean Claude refused his seat, as did Moroven when it was offered to her.

Padma
The Master of Beasts, he is one of the weaker members of the Vampire Council, whose power is the ability to "call" all animals, not just a single species. He exerts great control over lycanthropes, wielding his energy like a lycanthrope's beast. Using this power, Padma can bend animals and shapeshifters to his will, and can also use the power as if it were a shapeshifter's "beast" - forcing his power into another, controlling their shapeshifting, and even killing them.

The Traveler
Able to travel between bodies, the Traveler effectively possesses weaker vampires. He can cloak his presence, and lend power to lesser vampires. The Traveler's is mostly known for his ability to take over vampires weaker then himself, and use they're body as a vessel for his powers. Strong enough vampires are able to resist his attempts of possession.

Vittorio, The Day Father
As his name suggest he can walk in the day. He can call and control weretigers. He once had the power to control and conjure Jinn out of air. The jinn hate and fear him. He is to their race what the bogeyman is to humans. He can hide his presence from powerful Masters of Cities. Neither Max nor Jean-Claude could detect him when he visited their cities. As well as he could cause other vampires to awaken early.

Jean-Claude
Jean-Claude is the current Master of The City of St. Louis. Jean-Claude has black hair and deep blue eyes so dark they resemble black at times. He has two sets of upper eyelashes which gives them the appearance of black lace. He is often described as having long pale fingers. Though his features are described as delicate, there would be no mistaking he was a man. He moves with the fluid grace of a dancer. He is around 5' 11", and has a cross-shaped burn on his chest. Jean-Claude's powers are mostly sexual in nature. He can also hypnotize using his voice, gaze, and aura to excite or calm humans, lycanthropes, and lesser vampires. He can "feel" younger or older, in the minds of those who sense such things, than he really is. It allowed him to travel though other vampire's territories relatively unharmed due to them thinking he was young and weak. He also has enough power that he no longer has to sleep as long as other master vampires, he does not 'die at dawn' at all.

Red Woman's Husband
Was a centuries-old vampire who believed he was a god."Red Woman" is the name of the Aztec goddess of blood. Red Woman's Husband wore a conquistador steel helmet and breastplate. He also wore a necklace of tongues and a skirt of intestines from his victims. His arms were bare, strong and muscled, and covered in the missing eyelids of the victims. He had blue-green eyes, which he might have inherited from a European parent. He could animate the trophies from his victims (the tongues, intestins and eyelids) and their bodies, which he used to feed through. He was also able to kill from a distance by draining the power and life-force of others.

Itzpapalotl
is the master of the city of Albuquerque and approximately one thousand years old. She is an Aztec vampire who believes herself to be the goddess Itzpapalotl. Unlike many other master vampires, Itzpapalotl cannot tell when someone is lying. This is because Itzpapalotl is constantly lying to herself, as she thinks that she actually is a god. Itzpapalotl had the abilities to instantly recognize the power of other preternatural beings.

The Unnamed
Andrius is the original master of the city of Chicago. His actual age is only a thing to be guessed at. What is known was that his name has been stricken from any mention and punished on pain of death. His line being hunted to believed extinction. As such his resurfacing in the New world after his believed death led to the City being besieged by the full might of the Council. Having survived death previously it was decided to lock him away forever. Those who have brushed against the slumbering colossus know that his lack of visibility does not mean that he is gone.
